Austin auto accident shuts down I-35 for hours

An Austin auto accident caused Interstate 35 to be shut down for four hours, according to KXAN.
The Austin car accident occurred Sunday on Slaughter Lane around 6 p.m. when the driver of a Toyota Avalon lost control of his vehicle, causing it to roll onto the highway and cross three lanes of traffic.
One man in the Avalon died at the scene of the crash. His roommate and an 11-year-old child were taken to a hospital following the Texas auto accident.
The scene of the Austin auto accident was cleared by 9 p.m.
