Girl sustains Fort Worth dog bite injury

The Star-Telegram reported that a girl sustained a Fort Worth dog bite injury after walking down the sidewalk in the 2800 block of South Jones Street Monday.

The girl, eight, was bitten by a Rottweiler and German shepherd mix-breed dog and sustained a Fort Worth dog bite injury to her leg.The dog had been tied in the backyard of its owners’ home. The owners of the dog who caused the Fort Worth dog bite injury were a 16-year-old boy and a 40-year-old woman.

Animal Control determined that the dog had been restrained in the backyard without food, water, or shelter.

The dog is under quarantine and the Fort Worth dog bite victim is in good condition.

Texas auto accident kills girl, injures six

August 26, 2008

A Texas auto accident involving a vehicle that was racing on FM 812 has killed a 15-year-old girl and injured six others, according to the Statesman.

The Texas auto accident occurred early Saturday when a 2002 Ford Explorer pickup driven by a 19-year-old male was racing, entered the opposite lane of traffic, and ran into a ditch.

None of the Texas auto accident victims were wearing seatbelts.

A 15-year-old girl who was a passenger in the vehicle died as a result of the Texas car accident.

The other Texas auto accident victims, whose ages ranged from 11 to 19, suffered a variety of injuries from scrapes to broken bones.

The driver involved in the Texas auto accident was charged with racing on the highway causing death and failure to identify.

I-30 ramp closed by Fort Worth auto accident

August 21, 2008

A Fort Worth auto accident on the exit ramp from Interstate 30 onto Rosedale Street caused the ramp to be closed Wednesday morning, according to the Star-Telegram.

The Fort Worth car accident occurred when a car struck a retaining wall around 8 a.m. No other vehicles were said to be involved in the crash.

One Texas auto accident victim involved in the crash was taken to a local hospital.

Teen dies of Texas drug injury

August 12, 2008

A teen has died of an apparent Texas drug injury Sunday, according to the Star-Telegram.

The alleged Texas drug injury occurred at the 18-year-old man’s grandmother’s home around 4:30 p.m.

The Texas drug injury victim had been injured in a Texas auto accident and was staying with his grandmother.

The Texas drug injury victim’s grandmother found him in the bathroom. Family members tried cardiopulmonary resuscitation on him and rescuers continued the efforts when they arrived.

The Texas drug injury victim died at the hospital where he was taken to be treated for his drug injuries.

Texas truck accident traps trucker

A Texas truck accident trapped the driver of the big rig Tuesday, ABC13 reported.

The Texas truck accident occurred when the truck became stuck in high water as a result of Edouard after the driver tried to make a left turn but slid into a ditch near Interstate 10 and Thompson Road.

The Texas truck accident victim had to be rescued from the sinking truck by firefighters.

He escaped the Texas truck accident without injury.

Another trucker later became stuck in a second Texas truck accident in the same area.

Texas auto accident kills driver

August 5, 2008

A Texas auto accident killed one driver Sunday, according to NBC5.

The Texas car accident occurred on Interstate 45 frontage road early Sunday morning when the driver of a car crashed his vehicle into the back of a tractor trailer.

The Texas auto accident victim died at the scene of the car accident.

Police have yet to determine whether speed or alcohol were factors in the Texas auto accident that killed the 36-year-old man.

Texas auto accident injures driver

July 31, 2008

A Texas auto accident that occurred Tuesday overnight injured the driver, according to ABC13.

The Texas auto accident occurred around 2:30 a.m. at the split between 610 and Highway 290 when the man lost control of his vehicle, ran off the road, and struck a guardrail.

The Texas car accident victim’s vehicle then landed in some trees and caught fire.

The man escaped the fiery Texas auto accident without serious Texas car accident injuries.
